The designer I worked with took my feedback and worked with me to get the design to be exactly what I pictured in my head. Working with people from UPSCALE was so outgoing and fun. The thing that attracted me most at the first place was their online-first approach. Despite online communication, the approach is extremely personal. They completely understand the needs and ideas when it comes to interior design. Often one could not decide about details for room or entire apartment decoration.

I found Carina to be wonderful to work with. Firstly, she really knows her stuff and her advice is very sound. She works with high-end products and material, which produce a lush interior. She also listens when you have an idea and she respected my taste completely. When we went wrong on two occasions, she just took the items away which I found very customer-centric.
