6 steps for a successful project

Step 1

Tell us about your project

Please share with us what you are looking for by completing our project brief and interior design style quiz. Upload your floor plan, photos, budget expectations, timeline etc. The more you share, the better! Once we receive your request, we will schedule a meeting with you either online or in-person.

step 2

We Propose a Precise Plan

Based on your input, we have a call or set up an initial meeting to establish a project plan, scope of service, budget allocation, and timeline for your new interior design project.

step 3

Meet your Personal Designer

Once we agree on the offer or the design package is purchased, you will meet your interior designer who will contact you to get to know you better and start creating your dream project. The meetings can be via video call or in person.

step 4

Review Your Interior Design Concept

Along with your interior design concept, based on your offer or design package you will receive mood boards, installation directions, 3D visualizations, furniture list, etc. All to make your interior design decisions easier!

Step 5

Furniture Ordering & Delivery

Once the design concept is finalised, our purchasing team can support you with ordering, logistics, and delivery.

step 6

Aftercare Team Work

Once a project is completed our team continues to offer a single point of access to a range of services including managed returns and warranties, top-up orders, furniture inventory and feedback management. This is an essential part of our client service and means that we have developed long-lasting happy clients. We are happy to see our clients coming back with new projects.
