6 steps for a successful project

Step 1

Tell us about your project

Schedule a meeting with us either in person or virtual. Tell us all about your project. Share with us your floorplan, photos of the space, budget, expectations and timeline. We will guide you with the rest!

Proposal and Agreement

After gathering your input, we’ll guide you on whether you should opt for an online package or receive a personalized offer with an upfront estimation. Once we align on the scope of services and you’re content with it, you can sign the offer virtually or purchase the package online to kick off the process!

step 3

Meet your Personal Designer

After signing your personalized offer or purchasing an online package, we’ll promptly connect you with your designated interior designer. During the kick-off call you will discuss your style and align on expectations and next deliverables. For online packages meetings will only be held online.

Receive Deliverables and give feedback

Your first deliverable will be a moodboard. According to your specific Project offer or Design Package, the following deliverables will include: Floorplan layouts, furniture suggestions, 3D visualizations, Installation directions, etc. All to make your interior design experience easier!

Step 5

Furniture Ordering & Delivery

Once the design concept is finalised, our purchasing team can support you with ordering, logistics, and delivery.

Delivery and Installation Coordination

Once all furniture has been received at our logistics partner’s warehouse, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Our trusted partners will support with a smooth and hassle-free mounting and installation of all your new items.Tuesday, April 30th

Aftercare Team Work

Once a project is completed our team continues to offer a single point of access to a range of services including managed returns and warranties, top-up orders, furniture inventory and feedback management. This is an essential part of our client service and means that we have developed long-lasting happy clients. We are happy to see our clients coming back with new projects.
